Yes, you can try this method if you can't remove the bearing, and it won't hurt the part.

Occasionally, Xiaobian saw from the Internet how the cattlemen removed the stuck bearings. They had to marvel that the masters were in the folks, and the focus was not to damage the parts themselves! The removal of rolling bearings is one of the important disassembly contents in mechanical maintenance. Disassembly must follow the basic rules for bearing disassembly, and different disassembly tools and disassembly methods are required for different bearings. When the bearing and the shaft are tightly fitted and loosely engaged with the seat hole, the bearing can be removed from the housing together with the shaft, and then the bearing can be removed from the shaft by a press or other disassembly tool.

1 Removal of the inner/outer ring To remove the outer ring of the interference fit, install a few outer ring extrusion screw screws on the circumference of the outer casing, and tighten the screw evenly while disassembling. These screw holes are usually covered with a blind plug, a tapered roller bearing, etc., and a plurality of slits are provided on the outer shoulder of the outer casing, and the spacer is used, disassembled by a press, or gently tapped to remove.

The press for removing the cylindrical bore bearing is the simplest. At this time, pay attention to let the inner ring withstand its pulling force. The inner ring of large bearings is dismantled by hydraulic method. The oil pressure is applied to the oil hole provided on the shaft to make it easy to pull. Bearings with a large width can be removed by using the hydraulic method together with the drawing clamp. The inner ring of the NU type and NJ type cylindrical roller bearings can be removed by induction heating. A method of heating a part in a short time to expand the inner ring and then drawing it. 3 Tapered hole bearing removal and disassembly A relatively small bearing sleeve bearing, support the inner ring with a stopper fastened on the shaft, turn the nut back a few times, and then use the block to knock and disassemble with a hammer. The large-sized bearing is easier to disassemble by hydraulic pressure, and the oil is pressurized in the oil hole on the tapered hole shaft to expand the inner ring to disassemble the bearing. In operation, there is a danger of the bearing suddenly coming out. It is better to use the nut as a stopper.

4 Dumping is one of the simplest and most common methods of disassembly. It is a disassembly method that uses the force of hammering to displace the mutually cooperating parts and disengage them from each other to achieve the purpose of disassembly. Commonly used tools for hammering and dismantling are hand hammers, which are common fitter hammers, punches and blocks. The punch is made of steel, and the hammered top is machined into a spherical shape, so that the end in contact with the workpiece is usually inlaid with a soft metal such as copper or aluminum, and is made flat or suitable for the shape of the workpiece to protect the surface of the workpiece. Not damaged. When unloading, different methods and steps should be taken according to different machine structures. Sliding bearing bushings and rolling bearing bushings are interference fits in the holes. They are removed from the holes and are also commonly used for handling. When slamming, the end face of the bushing that is hammered should be padded. When squeezing a small diameter bushing, it is best to use a step punch. The small diameter of the punch fits exactly with the inner hole of the bushing. The large diameter of the punch is about 0.5 mm smaller than the outer diameter of the bushing. For the removal of large diameter bushings and rolling bearings, sleeves are often used. For the disassembly of the ordinary small bearing cap, the bearing cap is often opened by symmetrically driving the inclined pad.
